We are not a real estate broker or agent, and we do not represent you in any transaction — you should feel free to consult your own advisor at any point.

Submitting the contact form does not obligate you to sell your property, and does not obligate TruAcre Investments to purchase it. Any offer we make is non-binding and subject to change until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.

If you provide a phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts from TruAcre Investments about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time.

All closings are handled through a licensed title company, not directly between you and TruAcre Investments. The title company is responsible for confirming clear title and disbursing funds at closing.
